REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of body jewellery and our other offerings, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Once a purchase is made, refunds cannot be issued. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our policy that all sales are final. It's your responsibility to ensure that the jewellery you select matches your desired size, length, and other specifications.

We strongly encourage you to review the product details (including but not limited to: jewellery material, gauge, length, diameter, style etc.) meticulously before making a purchase. If you are unsure of the fit, or have any questions about our products, please contact us before you purchase.

While we strive for excellence in our products and services, we cannot guarantee that every item will perfectly meet your expectations. Additionally, we do not assure that any errors in our service will be rectified. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or inquiries you may have to the best of our abilities.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policies when purchasing our products. These policies will apply to any order you place with us. Order processing and shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc)

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All online orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup at the studio, if you've selected local pickup as your delivery method.

ORDER TRACKING
All online orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number in your order shipping confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

LIABILITY COVERAGE
All orders are automatically insured up to $100 for liability purposes. If you wish to enhance your coverage to encompass the full value of your order (up to $5000 CAD), kindly contact us for a customized quote before placing your order. It's important to understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERY
You have the option to request a signature upon delivery for all orders. We highly recommend choosing this option, particularly for high-value orders.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.
